How we handle your information

When you complete a Marriage on Mission form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name and contact details, your city, your answers about the meeting and your marriage, and any requests for support, volunteering or resources.

Why we collect it

• To prepare for and improve our events.
• To follow up personally when you ask for coaching, counseling or other support.
• To coordinate volunteers who offer to help in their city.
• To send resources and event updates, only if you opt in.

Who can see it

Only authorized members of the Marriage on Mission team can see individual answers, and each team member sees only what their role requires. Your answers are never shown publicly or to other participants. Reports use combined totals, and averages are hidden for very small groups.

How we protect it

Information travels over an encrypted connection, and names, contact details, written answers and internal notes are stored encrypted. Team access requires a password.

Your choices

• You may skip any question that is not marked as required.
• Joining our resource email list is separate from event registration, and you can leave it at any time.
• Requests for coaching or counseling are kept apart from marketing lists.
• Your ratings are self-reported. We do not use them to make judgments or diagnoses about your marriage.
